Required Documents Needed For Employment Pass Application:

Processing Period
Typically, the processing time is approximately 3-4 weeks, subject to approval from MOM.
Eligibility For Employment Pass Application:
To be eligible for an Employment Pass Application, the following criteria must be met:
- A job offer from a Singapore-based employer.
- Hold a managerial, executive or specialized role.
- Earned a fixed monthly salary of at least S$5,000 (from 1st Sep 2023).
- The minimum fixed monthly salary for foreigners in financial services is S$5,500 (from 1st Sep 2023).
- Relevant educational qualification of degree, professional qualifications or specialized skills.
- Relevant work experience.
