Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter

Job Duties:
- An integral role in fulfilling the Human Resource Functions and staffing needs of clients.
- Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters
- Conduct Interviews/phone screening and select potential candidates to meet clients’ requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Developing new sources of business and relationship management with existing accounts.
Description / Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- Entry Level to Experienced Recruitment Consultant welcome (Multiple positions)
- Strong passion for recruitment and people oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- CEI certified would be an advantage
Office Administrative
(Entry – No experience needed)
Job Duties:
- Perform day to day administrative duties such as data entry, filing, application, scheduling etc
- Email handling and answering and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Providing administrative support to other teammade
- Other duties on an ad-hoc basis.
Description / Requirements:
- Min “A” level or equivalent
- No relavant experiences required and welcome fresh graduate
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Independent and a self-starter, with strong personal drive to initiate and implement.
