Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter

(Entry – No experience needed)

Job Duties:

  • An integral role in fulfilling the Human Resource Functions and staffing needs of clients.
  • Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters
  • Conduct Interviews/phone screening and select potential candidates to meet clients’ requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Developing new sources of business and relationship management with existing accounts.

Description / Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree
  • Entry Level to Experienced Recruitment Consultant welcome (Multiple positions)
  • Strong passion for recruitment and people oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • CEI certified would be an advantage
Office Administrative

(Entry – No experience needed)

Job Duties:

  • Perform day to day administrative duties such as data entry,  filing, application, scheduling etc
  • Email handling and answering and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Providing administrative support to other teammade
  • Other duties on an ad-hoc basis.

Description / Requirements:

  • Min “A” level or equivalent
  • No relavant experiences required and welcome fresh graduate
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
  • Independent and a self-starter, with strong personal drive to initiate and implement.
