Job Description:
- Prepare and configure wire EDM machines.
- Create CNC programs for precise cutting.
- Ensure parts meet specified standards.
- Address machine and tooling issues.
- Follow safety protocols diligently.
- Perform routine machine care.
- Suggest process enhancements.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years experience in Precision CNC EDM/ Wirecut. Preferably Sodick machines. Able to operate machines to achieve high accuracy and fine finishing.
- Professional certificate
- Write and Read Simple English
- Surface Grinding foundation
- Able to maintain equipment and machines
